Hi,
I’m migrating users, reports, groups, etc… from an old SAP BO XI4.1 platform to a new SAP BO XI4.3 SP2 platform.
Everything is working fine, except one issue : for some users, after login, a totaly blank page is shown, and for other users with the exact same configuration, this is working.
The KBA #2719038 says that it can occur when there is a huge number of failed schedules, but this is not my case.
I’m a bit stuck with this issue
