SAP BO analysis

Hi All

When I try to access MP in SAP BO analysis, I am getting below error.

Kindly suggest me.

cube.get.dimension.info.runtime.error : com.sap.ip.bi.base.application.exceptions.AbortMessageRuntimeException: Termination message sent
ABEND RSBOLAP (000): Program error in class SAPMSSY1 method : UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION
MSGV1: SAPMSSY1
MSGV3: UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION

Make sure you are on the required support pack and apply SAP provided solution
