So I was reviewing these documents along with 
KBA 3032096 - Statement of direction for Crystal Reports and Crystal Reports for Enterprise for an upcoming project.
I noticed that after BI4.3, they plan to retire the Universe Design Tool and Crystal Reports for Enterprise.
The document doesn’t specify a path forward for the use of Crystal Reports against universes that is currently supported by Crystal Reports 2020 over unv universes as well as Crystal Reports for Enterprise over unx universes.
Has anyone heard anything on this? I was planning to recommend using Crystal Reports over a universe for this project but I’m unsure of the path going forward for that scenario.
