When we upgraded to 4.2 SP8, the SAML files were missing. I believe this is because we did an upgrade versus a fresh install. Can anyone create a zip file and upload them on here? The directory of the install should be: …install directory…\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\SAMLJARS

Try running a repair on you installation. You will have to run this from your base install version.
