We resently upgraded to SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.3 Support Pack 4 Patch 7
Version: 14.3.4.5055. SAP has dropped the out of the box SalesForce odbc driver.
What options are other people using to make SalesForce data connections?

We don’t use SalesForce as a data source so I can’t say for sure what will work but you might try using Generic ODBC or Generic JDBC.

We tried Generic ODBC no luck.
We are looking at acquisition of a 3rd party SalesForce ODBC driver.
Checking with the community to see how others have solved the SalesForce connection issue.
