Running Supervisor Issues

I am running supervisor setup (BO 6.5.1) and I was successfully able to create the universe and supposedly even the bomain.key.

When i looked at the path - which is the default path ->LocData under my BO folder, I couldn’t find it.

I thought of recreating it by using the safe recovery option and when I try to do that I get the message -> 'There is no valid connection (ADW0003).

  1. Can anyone help me with the abpve issue
  2. Also, how can I create a second reserve password for logging into supervisor?

Please help.

Did you create a connection to connect to Security Domain ? Do you have all the 3 domains under one schema ??

Thanks for replying.

I am now able to access the Administartor console and login too , but only through the BO console.

When i try these urls -

http://localhost/wiadmin
http://localhost/wiasp

  • I get page cannot be FOUND.

Any help is appreciated

Options tried -

I unchecked the friendly message option in IE and i see the message - Bad Request (Invalid hostname)

here are the steps I have ensured -

  1. Enabling the parent paths
  2. Setting - Allow scripts and executables
  3. Enable session state
  4. restart server

No luck yet! Any pointers?

I am not able to see the login page, however on clicking of login - I get the error -

The Business Objects server is not ready. (Error: INF 00105).

I checked for the WILogin server - the authentication mode is set to BO. I do not see any options.

  1. How can I see the different options and should I change to it to any other mode?
  2. What needs to be done to resolve the issue -
    The Business Objects server is not ready. (Error: INF 00105).

Any help is highly appreciated.
