Run the the jobs in sequential

Hi ,

I have multiple sets of tables ( Each set is from different data store configuration and tables are identical)

I have to load the each set of data sequentially. So I am going to keep in the single job.

But each set is from different data store configuration so system configuration also different for each set.

In this case , how can I execute the different sets sequentially by giving different system configurations.
