how to create rule files in parsing a sentence and analysing it based on sentiments?
What are the procedures to be followed for creating rule files?
Please share documents regarding this and what is the syntax used for creating rule files?

Hi ,

Use the existing rule files ( sentiment analysis) ( Voice of Customer) replicate and change according to your requirement. In the Data services directory you have help files . You need minimum basics of CGUL scripting
