Row missing in report.

Hi,

I am not getting the first row in my web i report(attahced TOAD output).
Any idea why this is happening like this ?

When running report in TOAD i am getting all the rows.
There is view behind this report which is fetching data , view is having unions.

Referring to last coulmn COUNT Fixed, when I am displaying LOVs at universe level I am getting only one value(as 0) instead of two(as 0 and 892).

I am using BO XI-R2.

Any help appreciated.
