All of the Developers in my workgroup were Admins. I am working on getting it down to the correct number of Admins. However, I’ve run into a few snags and this one has me stumped.
The Crystal Developers should be only using LaunchPad and not the CMC - in my humble opinion. However, when a Crystal report is selected, they don’t have Database Configuration in their pop-up menu in Launchpad. (Select a Crystal report, right mouse click.) They can get to it in the CMC (same procedure: Select a Crystal report, right mouse click.)
They can use the CMC, but it seems like they should be able to do this from LaunchPad. How do I enable that? What rights/access am I missing?
