Restricting the Names in Prompt

Hi,
I am using prompt on Customer name and i need to display only the names starting with ‘A’ and it should allow the user to select the name from the list of prompted values(Only the names starting with A).
I need to fix this at reprot level only.
Please do needfull help…

I don’t think we can do it at the report level. Universe level modification is surely needed, if I’m right.

The content of a LOV is controlled in a universe not in a report.
