Reschedule/ Replace existing schedule

Hello,

I’m a BO user (BI 4.1 Support Pack 3 Patch 5) and I have to schedule a BO report from an existing schedule.
When I click

Reschedule/ Replace existing schedule

, The values of the prompts selected before are not displayed.

Someone knows how to keep the selected values from a prompt in the planning?

You can set the “Prompt Properties” within the query of the report to “Keep last values selected”. That might work.

Now, I have another problem :

I have to keep all instances of a BO reporting schedule, for sysdate -10 (the last 10 days)

I don’t find the documentation

In the Central Management Console: Find your report, right click and select “properties”. Then select “limits” and you can set the limit on the number of instances to be retained. Hope that helps

It is worth noting you would normally set this at the folder level.
