Hi everyone,
We have a couple of dashboards in the below environment.
BO version : BI 4.1 SP04
database : MSAS 2012 (cubes)
universe :IDT universe using the XMLA connectivity

The error is
Request processing failed. (XLS 000009) com.businessobjects.mds.olap.protocol.xmla.internal.XMLAException:Description: Timeout waiting for connection from pool

Now when refreshing the dashboard we are facing the below issue intermittently . Please help us.

Please share your suggestions on this issue. We are getting the issue while refreshing the dashboard on BI 4.1 SP04
