Has anyone else been getting the following error message whenm trying to open a dashboard from BI Launch Pad??
When opening a dashboard, users might get the following error message “Request processing failed. (XLS 000009)” (see attached screenshot.) The error happens on a daily basis (2-3 times) at random time. The only way to get rid of the error and to make the dashboard accessible is by restarting all the BusinessObjects Dashboard Servers.
The dashboard has been built using SAP BO Dashboard. I’ve used Query Browser to create the queries. There is a universe (.unx) on a top of a SQL DB.

Server:
-Windows Server 2008 (64-Bit)
-SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.0 SP4
-SQL Server 2008
Client:
-SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform Client Tool 4.0 SP4
-Dashboard Design SP4
