Have you tried running the reports manually without scheduling them? Have you tried running the SQL Code for the reports outside of the BO environment to see if rows are retrieved from the backend data source?
no sure how running the SQL outside BO would help. there report pull data correctly about 90% of the time. This issue happens radomly. Usually when there is a lot of reports scheduled at the same time, but not always the case.
I think it has someone to do withe XML data integration kit connection timing out. I can’t get confirmation from business objects.
Well, in your troubleshooting steps you have to ensure that you always get data. If you run the SQL outside BO and you don’t get any data, then the scheduled reports are correct.
