reports giving DB driver failed to load

We have migrated our webi reports from XI r2 to XI r3 using import wizard. We created a new universe connection for XI r3 and are using this new connection (We have exported the connection as well) .
I am able to refresh the reports in Web intelligance rich client, but i am unable to refresh the same in Infoview. we are getting the following error: -
(we are using DB2 as our db and redhat linux as server)

A database error occured. The database error text is (CS) "DBDriver failed to load :/BO31/bobj31/bobje/enterprise120/linux_x86/dataAccess/RDBMS/connectionServer/libdbd_wdb2cli.so

(libdb2.so.1: cannot open shared object file: no such file or directory)" (WIS 10901)

What could be possible cause and solution. Please let us know as we are in a very tight situation :frowning:

Haven’t done any work with DB2…so:-

Usual generic causes of this are:-
You haven’t installed a DB client and any, if needed, necessary config files on BOXI.
DB Middleware is unsupported by BO version.
You haven’t installed the BO data access pack for DB2.
You have not set up the connection on the server, if needed by that RDBMS.
Installation of Crystal server side can cause issues.
