Report with images, crystal report throws error

Hi,

I am having an issue with a report which fetches images, are stored in BLOB fields. The images are loaded by users through company website. The report fails and gives an error however when the same image is opened in PS/Paint and re-saved with changes and loaded back through the website. The report runs well. We are starting to get a lot of these requests and I’m trying to get to the root cause of this issue.
Any suggestions?

Sorry, are you trying to modify image dynamically in Crystal Report? Or you are just trying to change the image in the CR?8)
