Report - Timestamp

Hi,

My server is in Linux environment and is in Virtual machine. When I am refershing the report, fresh time is showing 4 hr Ahead of the actual time. I check VM server has same timestamp and main linux machine has same time stamp. But not getting why refresh time is 4 hr ahead.

Please let me know, any idea on this.

Check your preferences and make sure you have the correct time zone selected.

I set the timezone parameter, but still it is showing 4 hr ahead time.

Hi,

I am having this exact same issue. For some reason all my WebI reports are receiving refresh times 4 hours ahead of the real time. Has anyone found any fixes to this?

What version you are on?
I’ve seen this with XI R2. No clue why it displayed 4 hrs ahead though everything seems to be correct. Contacted Business Objects regarding this issue, they asked us to reinstall the software. Luckly we didn’t have anything at that time. So we did reinstall the software. Afterthat we were good.
