Can I have report templates that can get refreashed when there is a
trigger coming through get populated & distribute to user after which
I delete the files & save templates , Can any one explain me the
mechanism

I didn’t quite follow all of that, but it sounds like BCA (Broadcast Agent) will do everything you are asking.[list]Refresh automatically - Yes
Based on a trigger - Yes, the filewatcher function
Distribute to users - Yes
Delete the files - Yes, automatically deleted when the user retrieves them
Save the template - Yes, the initial document remains as long as it is scheduled[/list]

Corrections, I am not sending reports I am printing it so , I need to delete
files with data but have only templates for next time if that is
possible

Scheduling via BCA with print option and Filewatcher should achieve what you want. I suggest reading up on BCA functionality (BCA is nothing else but a more or less sophisticated scheduler, Filewatcher is a trigger file used in BCA).

Andreas, yeah that is true but U know I am making changes in my
approach every now and then so now finally I have setteled on
templates / division & refreash to populate print & delete report
keep template , I need help for this
