Company Name Tax Code No. Tax Code Name
A 1 IN - CGST-9%
A 2 IN - SGST 9%

Need to achieve

Company Name Tax Code No 1 Tax Code No 2
A IN - CGST-9% IN - SGST 9%

I need to create just one line

Can anyone help me with this pls
