Report sent to the BO user not visible

We are having a strange issue, if we are sending any BO report from one users inbox to other users BO inbox it is showing no error.

But when we check the inbox of destination user, the report is not present.

This is happening only with users not with Admin account.

Can any one help me urgently in this issue, seems like access issue………

Check the user rights View objects ,View objects that the user owns …etc in CMC on Inbox.
Navigation path:CMC home page >Inboxes>User Name
Check the included rights for the user on System>Inbox at view security advanced rights.

I kind of have a similar problem to yours just that I can’t send reports to other users as the option is not there. Could you please tell me how you set this up?
