We have two users with the same settings/privileges. One of the user can see and refresh reports in dashboard where as the other person is not able to access deski/webi reports in dashboard. The second person is getting “page cannot be displayed” error. We have compared the setting for all BO applications/groups/profiles between these two users and find both are same.
