report not showing in the dashboard

HI,
We have two users with the same settings/privileges. One of the user can see and refresh reports in dashboard where as the other person is not able to access deski/webi reports in dashboard. The second person is getting “page cannot be displayed” error. We have compared the setting for all BO applications/groups/profiles between these two users and find both are same.

Did you check the Web page whether it is in the Compatibility mode or not. You should work on Compatibility mode this option is next to the refresh button. Hope this Helps…
