Report not scheduling.

Hi,

In XI R2, we have some five reports scheduled for daily and sending to e-mails. All five are dependent on ETL Event.

Recently we have changed mail servers, four reports are running, but one report is not running, even if event ran also.

Changed to old mail server also not running this report, even if you create new schedule instance that is also not working, if you ran manually, by removing event its running fine with no issues. In both mail servers.

Please advise me where to check and change.

when you are changing and running again (now) are you deleting the event and recreating it? Do you have your servers defined as server groups? if yes, then try to run on different servers and see.
