Report not opening in Infoview

Hi,
I am not able to open a report in infoview (view mode) - BO XI 3.1.The report can be opened and refreshed in modify mode.The size of the report is around 2mb.

Can anyone tell me what are the possoble cause ?

Don’t have enough information, I’m afraid. So please try the following and let us know the answers:

  • I assume you are talking about a Webi report, not Deski or Crystal?
  • Very important: Do you get an error message? What is it?
  • Are you doing this as the “administrator” user?
  • What happens when you use another type of browser?
  • What happens when you use another machine and try the same thing?
  • Do you have ANY reports that run fine?
  • Can you schedule the report? Can you view the instance?
