Can you open this report when it is imported into Deski?
If yes then refresh it, save as with different name and export back to CMS. Try to open new report in the InfoView. If it opens then the original report some how got corrupted.
Also is this report has data and how large this report is? Does it have refresh on open? How many data providers it has?
Mark and I understand your issue. Since we can not debug this issue we are trying to suggest the ways to pinpoint the problem and possible ways to resolve it. First take the original report purge the data and “Save As” to a new name report; export to CMS and see if it crushes when you are opening in InfoView. Second create new report with just the object you are adding and see if this report crushes on you in InfoView. If both of the reports are failing then start looking into this new object.
