do we have any report comparison tool to compare 5.1.6 deski reports to XI R 3.1?
i have installed one tool but it has option to compare only XI R 2 onwards?

Yep - if you search here on BoB, you will find REPORT COMPARISON TOOL and BO XI 3: Report Comparison Tool? for example. They should work with 5.1.9 onwards (according to the BOXI30 manual)
