That is really four separate queries with different date ranges…
BUT…
If you put the ticket details in the Details section, then you can create a formula for each counter to say whether the ticked falls within the week/month/year and outputs 1 if it does and 0 if it doesn’t.
then add sum totals to the report footer to output the totals for this week/month/year
You have not said whether your week is Mon-Sun or last 7 days. both are possible using formulas, but last 7 days is easier because you can simply subtract one date from another.
