Report Bursting-Crystal Reports 2008

Hi:

Anyone can give the steps and configuration to do the report bursting in Crystal Reports 2008.

I have done report busting with following steps:

  1. Created two users.
  2. Created profile and assign the condition for those two user in the profile.
  3. Created Publication and assign above profile.
  4. Applied Schedule to the respective user inbox.

Here i am getting status as success. When i was tryaing to open the report with that particular user is it giving error like “Failed to open the connection”.

Please help in this regard
