Hello all,
Does anyone know if there is a way to do this please in Business Objects webi. I’ve pulled out some results based on sales; a date range and specific product codes, and these accounts bought these products the number of times displayed in the qty.
I want to then repeat the account number in a single column, repeated the number of times displayed in the qty. Does anyone know how to do this please? Its for a raffle and the more they have bought the better chance they have at winning.
Hi Dave,
I’m not sure that I really understand your question. As we can see, you table is aggregated, if you do not want this aggregation just reach the Format Table and select ‘Avoid duplicate rows aggregation’.

I’ve reordered to help explain. So from the below, I’d want one column of accounts repeated, based on qty value. So “LOC001” would repeat 40 times, “SQU902” would repeat 24 times, MRP41 would repeat 23 times and so on…
I don’t think you are going to be able to force WebI to display the Cust Code the number of times in Qty.
However, you have said Qty is the number of times a product has been purchased. Therefore, you need to modify your query to return Cust Code the number of times a product has been purchased. Is that possible?

I guess that’s not possible.
I recommend doing this in Excel:

Thanks so much , happy with that excel workaround as this is only a temp thing. Thanks for your help!
If there are multiple records in your dataset, then you could tick the box in table properties that says Avoid Duplicate Row Aggregation
