Regarding an error while opening Universe Designer

Dear Friends,

 we have the 2 different servers  at different places....recently  one of the server is moved to some other location ...Previously designer worked fine but after changing the location when i open the designer itself i am getting error  " Designer.exe unable to locate component " and its giving designer.dll not found error ...please help me how i can resolve the same

What DB has moved, the CMS?
Please post the exact error you are recieving.
Have you tried re-installing Designer, a dll error is usually machine specific?
Can you access from any other machine?
