hi all,

now we are in a envioronment

sap ecc 6.0 , bi 7

boxir3.o-
crystal 2008 , sap integration kit 3.0 ,xcelsious 2008.

my question is :

  1. i want to see the sap - bi live data in xl-ious is it possible and would like export thru boxr3 enterprise environmnt.
    2.for this we have to use live office or not… without using bo universes can access the data from sap is it possible .if yes for that we have to use live office or not.

  2. the same data live option possible in boxir2,crystal xir2 with xlciuos -2008 and sap intergration kit…

kindly clarify or kindly explain the architecture .if any installation guides kly forward.

Hi Panneer,
To get BI data in xcelsius, you have two ways:

  1. Create crystal reports on BI data, Save it in BOE, import in LiveOffice, Create xcelsius on LiveOffice.
  2. QAAWS

my doubt is…

we are using boxir2 for infoview (repository purpose)
crxir2 for creationg sap reports…
then using Xcelcious for creating dashboards…

In this can we import the crxir2 data into xcelcious -2008 using live office connectivity…

else can we this combination crxir3,boxir3,xcelcious-2008 using live office connectivity…

finally clarify …the boxir2 combination workout or not…

Both the combination will work. But make sure you are using the software with same release.
