There are many posts in BOB regarding this make a search.

Ashok, in my case, I am scheduling my Desk-I reports via Infoview in Excel format. You can arrive at an Excel sheet holding the content of a Desk-I report.

Go through this . Is your client going to read all the 1 million records?

Hi Jansi,

Thanks for your replay…

But i have exactly 1,74,545 records. So my client wants to display the records in Excel format.I already suggested some solutions like display the records through PDF or .rep… but they want to display only in Excel.
So what can i do? Understand what i’m asking???

Thanks in Advance…

Which version of Excel are you using?

I understood and that’s why I suggested one solution above. Schedule it through Infoview in Excel format so that the client gets report in Excel format. But I do not know how big an excel can hold in a single file.
