I have a report when I refresh it for first time it says Data provider has not been successfully refreshed DMA0007.when I refresh it second time it pulls the data with out any problem.Its happening in full client.
Did any one encountered such type of problem?.
Your DBA should be able to help with this - either by watching active threads, looking in log files or setting up a trace. Even if the problem is not on the database this time, you’ll still need to be able to check this at some point for other bugs that come up.
Unlikely it has to do with the prompts, but it could.
Also, check your universe connection. It should be set to disconnect after each transaction. Also, if this is being done via ZABO, it has to be a Syncrhonous connection.
Thanks for th einfo guys.We are running on webi2.7.3/5.1.7.The report is having problem both on full client and webi.Universe connections is set to disconnect after each transaction.i checked all the connection stuff.
Report has 3 dataproviders using the same universe.
How do i set the connection to Synchronous. I’m facing the same problem in ZABO 518. Also i’m getting the error message: DMA0007 even though i’m selecting correct value in the prompt and then clicking OK. The report works fine in full client. Could you please shed some light ?
