I’ve created reports using BO and posted to webi.
These reports have prompts and when I click “Show Values” --> “Refresh List”, it doesn’t show anything. The list is empty even though there’re some values.
I have no problem with thick client.
I’ve done everything I could - re-exported universe, re-posted reports, deleted cache files from the server, etc…
Can anyone tell me what to do? Thank you for your help in advance.

You can see List Name under Associate a List of Values if you go to Object properties. Search ListName.unv in your PC and delete it, then import the universe from repository then try it.

I’ve got some questions…
What program (Designer, BO, etc…) should I go to check List Name?
Also, same thing happened in webi server too. I don’t think it’s just my PC.

You can also check in Automatic refresh before use, Export with universe
