Refresh error by Zabo report

some user face a problem, refresh half year data is OK, but refresh one year data will show error message:

Error During SQL Execution: (DA0003)
Exception: CS, Unexpected Behavior

after click OK, another message:

The following data providers have not been successfully refreshed:
Query 1 with universename.(DMA0007)

BUT, the data refresh is OK in the same PC same account by Full Client.
even reinstall full client BO6.5 with SP2 and MHF8, the ZABO refresh still Failure.

not all of our Users fact this problem, should I delete any component and reinstall?

it’s happened on IE 7.0 computer

I have the same issue with IE8 but I can’t open the join link … Could somebody help me ?

I faced the similar issue on ZABO machines with IE7 only.

And found that this is the issue with time out of IE7.

See this Microsoft Solution which helped me in resolving the issue.

I hope it would help you guys as well.
