'Real' Page (not PageNumber)

I have a report that has a Rest Page Number in one of the sections. This means I now have two Page 1’s.

How do I differentiate between these two Page 1’s when using conditional formulas? I would like to have something display only on the second page of the report but this is now recognised as Page 1 due to the reset.

What do you mean by a 'rest page" - a blank page before a section or after a section?
