RAS and WebI Servers down

Hi All,

After Installing Service Pack 3 on a BOXI R2 Server, In the CCM only the Report Application Server starts and shuts down immediately, where as in the CMC even the Web Intelligence Report server and the Crystal Reports page server are down along with RAS. Before SP3 everything was fine.

Event Viewer Error Description : Unable to create the Cobra OSCA factory and register it on the eBus.

upon searching I found a patch here unable to start RAS

but I dont know where and how can I apply this patch.

Did you already find a solution to this problem?
We have upgraded to SP3 with FP3.5 and have exactly the same problem…
