rapid mart job stop running further

Hi friends and gurus

As we are monitoring the data services jobs, we found one of the rapid mart jobs starts yesterday as per schedule timings and the end time shows 0(even after a day)
The status of the job still shows in green color

But when I turned investigating by reaching the errors tab, in the job trace log I found the log has written partially. And it never moved further and I even also tried to see in

Job monitor log I can see half of the rapid mart data flow has been loaded I.e.

Job error logs: shows empty file receive

By comparing the job(which are started) with the rapid mart w/f,dataflow present in the documentation guide in Data services Management console we came to conclusion that not all data flow has started only few dataflow worked properly (others not yet started)

This was happen earlier also I thought in the next scheduling time this will be rectified but it doesn’t have any impact
Could you please help me or suggest me, what the necessary actions I have to take to ensure all the respective workflow/data flow in the rapid mart run successfully (as there is no errors stated in error logs)

Or also share your experience what might be reason of incomplete running. (As I don’t find any errors in error log)

All threads READY means no a single row has been received yet. As it seems you are reading from a stage table, I would think about database locks and the such.

Let me check, and I will get back to you.

And another thing I have seen there are several other rapid mart which actually takes 5- 6 hours (avg) for data loading.But now a days it seems it is taking more than 1o hours .

Could you please suggest me the best way to increase performance and the reason of these cause
