On running GL rapid mart for all dimensions, we get the following error.
The input values to the hierarchy transform form a circular dependency and there is no root node. Check
the input data for correctness.

This has a data issue.
Something like
A reports to B
B reports to A
Look at the Columns mentioned in the Hierarchy Transform and try to analyze the source data

Yes, it should have source data issue, but the rapid mart job makes use of SAP table as source and ideally we have no control over the data in that table.
However, let us analyze more and share the comments

As mentioned earlier, there is following error.
The hierarchy values 2000000->2010000->1->101->0101000000->0101010000->0101010010->0010200000->?->BACN->1> input to
transform <Hierarchy_Flattening> form a circular dependency.
It is coming from SAP table in standard rapid mart job.
