I have reports pushed to repository and deleted that reports. But i saved them in local machine but when i try open in local machine it says i don’t have access to reports

Once you publish a report to the repository, the report has a document id associated with it – and that document id is then checked against the repository, to see if you have rights to the document. The document is “secured”.

When you then delete the document from the repository, your “rights” can no longer be checked. For security’s sake – you can no longer open it. Your General Supervisor should be able to open such a document, however.

So in the future – do a “save as” “for all users” of the document to your hard drive before you delete it from the repository – an unsecured version is the only one you’ll then be able to open.

What is the work around

You’ve already been given the answer. Have someone with General Supervisor privileges open the document, and do a Save As using the “Save for all users” option.
