Question about BoE Database

Good morning

I’m new to BoE so forgive my ignorance.

One of the tools we use, Idera, on the SQL server reports that the BoE database is throwing out dead locks. From what I remember, the DB is encrypted so normal tools would not work against this DB. Am I wrong?

Which release of BOE are you using ? I think you have posted on the wrong forum subcategory as 4.x / 6.x are rather old release of the product maybe not the one you are using.
