I guess we were waiting to get the access rights for user on each object from CMC and send it to Managment in adhoc basis.
You can get these detail from CMC using Query Result.
With the Service pack 2 and 2.1 installtion on XI 3.1 Query Result its working fine and we can able to get the User Security on each object.
