Query executed more than once in Crystal Report 2008

I have a crystal report 2008 which has 4 queries. When the report is executed for an employee the queries are run twice. Is there any specific configuration which I have done incorrect for which query is run more than once.

You say you have 4 queries in Crystal Reports 2008 - you do not state if they are on a server and you are running a query and it executes 2 reports, or you have 4 queries in CR08 and they are subreports, or you have 4 queries and they are 4 different datasets in one report, or you have a subreport in the detail section, etc.
