Query contains object that are missing from the current

Hi,
I have a report haunting me for last many weeks. There are some objects, in the reports, which are hidden in universe (There are lot of other reports don’t have any problem at all with hidden objects). When I edit this report it is giving an error ‘The current query contains objects that are missing from this version of universe.’

If I unhide all the objects report will not throw any error and works perfectly. I am not able to find the reason.

Any idea?
Working on XIR2 on Solaris & Oracle 10g
