Query Builder - Get Report List for Folders and Sub Folders

Hello Gurus,

I may be posting it under a different forum but not sure of the right forum!! :?

I have a requirement in BOXI R3 SP6 where I need to get the list of reports under a specific folder. Now, the problem is there are about 46 sub folders and each sub folder has atleast 10-15 sub folders under them.

I am trying to use the Query Builder to get the list but that is very very laborious as I need to get the specific ID to get the SI_NAME of the objects under it. And this needs to be repeated for each sub folder by getting the ID for each of them…

Can anybody please provide suggestions on how to best handle this request? If Query Builder is not to be the right tool for such cases, what else are the alternatives?? :frowning: :hb:

si_ancestor will do what you need. Do a search here on BOB for it and you will get some sample queries.
