Quantity of rows in a prompt

Good morning:

When prompting for values in a query, I am not displaying all the values
possible for the given item. Is there a limit value somewhere that I am
missing?

I will appreciate any help on this…

Did you try to “refresh” the list of values by pressing the
“refresh”-button at the bottom of the dialog?

One of two things may be happening:

  1. the list of values needs to be refreshed - this is not automatic.
    or
  2. the row limit assigned to the universe impacts the number of rows
    returned for list of values. You may need to increase this.
