Is it possible to create a QaaWS query using multiple universes?
Or we should go for any other connection type like Live Office?

The short answer is no, you cannot create a Qaaws query against 2 universes. However, I have created separate queries and then “married” the data in Xcelsius, using the Index & Match formulas.
As you suggested, though, you could use Live Office to do this, or BIWS.
Or use a 3rd party tool as well. And, you could also do a combination of Live Office and Qaaws.
