Now I created a test dashboard in which I took Web Service Connector and I copied the Web service url from QaaWS into web service connector property. When I run this dashboard, it gives me the table data into table created in excel automatically.
But I want this table in cross tab and then I need to generate a dashboard on top of this cross tab.
Could some one please help me in the process of creating cross tab automatically in excel so that the dashboard can be made automated?
A flat table is what you get with QaaWS.
Your options:
A) Use QaaWs then use MS Excel formulas to convert your table into a crosstab. This must be done manually, reference cells and/or a combination of MS Excel formulas MATCH, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP to get your columns sorted by year for example:
State 2009 Jan 2009 Feb ... 2008 Jan 2008 Feb ...
B) Use a Webi document (or Crystal Reports) to create your crosstab as needed, then utilize LiveOffice to bring that report into your MS Excel/Xcelsius model.

Actually I am finding very hard time in making dashboard automated. And since a week I haven’t got any solution.
Please help me what is the best way of doing it?
Also Live office is a licensed tool?
And is it possible for me to get Crystal Xcelsius 2008 trail version as you suggested , I thought of using it and then try it. Once if I feel it is fine for me to work on that, I can demand for 2008 in organization. Please guide. Once again thanks.
