Publications with Service Account

Hi

Could anyone please advise on where to define a service account when scheduling a report, so when users are creating publications it uses this service account, not the user ID of the person who is creating the publication.

You can’t force a report to run as a particular user, and disregard the credential of the person who scheduled it. Although when scheduling a report or publication you can specify a different account to run as.

Hi

Sorry Confused. If I understand " Schedule for " option is used to schedule the report for users who are receiving the emails.
I am looking to change the user who is scheduling the report. Reason being Say I schedule a report using my ID. If I move to a different job, then that Schedule job will fail. So I was looking for a user Id which does not expire.
