I have a publication which is running dynamic recipients. My report is regionally based. In some examples the publication sends one region to a recipient and this works correctly. However, I have some recipients who received multiple areas - this means that they receive a merged report (of multiple regions).
The issue that I am facing is that several charts are being returned blank (no content at all) although if I run the report from Launchpad and specify the regions that a user should receive then the charts are rendering correctly - so it seems like an issue with the publication…
Does anyone have any ideas on what might cause this? I’m running on 4.2.
